ok my black caps have just surpassed my flame hawk and my alage blenny as my favorite fish.....they are so cool

when i purchased my pair of emerold crabs the guy at the lfs mentioned that they eat coriline,but not much.this morning i woke to find one munching on some coriline,quite proficiantly I might add.I am one of those people that fight for coriline coverage ,it dosent come real eaisy in my tanks...

The've lasted about 2 years,one of the dual ballasts fan does make noise that stops when you smack it.It has the waterproof endcaps now ,but they have dried out and crack in some places when you flex them.they have been alright and ill have to look at there longevity level versus endcap...

evrything looks good except the end cap and the now melted pin on the bulb

one of my endcaps melted on my jbj 55 watt pc.It also took out one of my 2 month old csl 50/50's pins.Should i try and splice a new one on.any suggestions
