MY FELLOW REEFERS,
after 14,433 unread posts, i have returned, with vengence(not really). I recieved my rodi unit last week and i now have everthing i need to create life in my tank. (except a salinity refractometer, but what the hey.)
I hope nobody thought i died or something, because this is my first entry since may. im gettting livestock soon! for a birthday present and i want you to start slamming down ideas. i have done so much since i last was here. i got a sigma 20-90mm minizoom macro lenz that works good, but nobodys ever heard of it before. i went to the mystic aquarium and noticed how the "anemone garden" was in the center of a dark room with a few dimly lit lights above it. My mom asked if she could take home a penguin. AND, today i am going to new york as part of an excursion with my french exchange student. i will be everywhere. chinatown, south st. seaport, times square, and the empire state building. so keep an eye out for the only person in a group of french kids whos not blabbering away in a foreign language. if i see a fish place ill walk in  it feels good to be back

hey Emily ,

I just got a bunch of little gobies at GA. they kind of disappeared in my tank, but in a smaller tank you would see them more often. they are not expensive, they stay small and they have cute personalities.

check out the yellow clown goby (Gobiodon okinawae), hectors goby
(Amblygobius hectori), red striped goby (Trimma cana), black clown goby (Gobiodon strangulatus), there are a bunch more there, all of them would be fine for your tank.

Any thoughts on the name for your clown yet?

What have you learned about the right placement for your torch?

Best of luck with your pretty tank, one step at a time...
