Blue Moon is made by Coors... it's a faux wheat beer.
If you want a real wheat beer, try Weihenstephan or Ramstein. A true hefeweizen should obey the reinheitsgebot purity laws and should never have fruit in it.
A Belgian Wit beer is often brewed with citrus and coriander and is somewhat acceptable with fruit (although not in my beer). Long Trail has a really nice Belgian Wit style beer.

Dunkel actually just means dark, and can apply to different types of beer. Is there one in particular you liked?
I'm a huge fan of Guinness, especially on tap. One of my favorites.

Yeah that would be the nitrogen sealed (is that the word?) draught. Or in the black curvy bottles. poured outta the can is decent too, though it kinda gives it a slight metallic taste to it.

The problem with Guinness in a home bar is that it requires nitrogen gas (or premixed beer gas), and a stout tap that contains a restrictor plate. It's kind of a pain on a small scale. I've been thinking about adding one to my bar build, but I'm not sure if it's worth it.
