Good Interview....any of you guys think he should be punished and what type of punishment.

I dont think he should be punished or stats removed....i only agree on putting astericks* in the record books to those who were affliliated with steriod use and only for the time used...

He can't get punished because when he took the test he was somehow promised no conviction and anonimity which the later did not happen...
What I didn't like is how he threw an unknown cousin under the bus and Dominican pharmacies which unfortunately will give you steroids right at the counter without a prescription but only because there are a lot of farmers who use them for their cattle.

I too want to know the other names on the list. I think many of the "star" players of that time will show up on the list. It is too bad that his name was the one to show up in the press. It would have been great to see him break the * record, but I guess that won't happen anymore. Don't blame the players for doing what they did. Major League Baseball made a crap load of money off of these guys doing what they did while they were winning and breaking records. Now they will make even more money with all the attention MLB and the players are getting in the media.

I think ARods admission is partially BS. He admitted only to what he got caught with. He admitted to using Primobolan which I am sure he took but that's probably only half a story. Primobolan is usually stacked with some other form of steroid. He said he injected it about twice a month however it really needs to be taken once a week to get a proper benefit. The other piece is that he admitted to taking it for 2 years. That too is a kind of sketchy since it needs to be cycled. Usually no more than 16 weeks.

I question either how much benefit he got from it OR what was he taking in addition.

mayb he just said those things so it can look like he took them the wrong way and it helped him in no way to set records or do better. Which is pretty smart IMO..and i would stick to that story.
