1st day ,,,Going to quit SMOKING CIGG

Yeah guys,,,Last nite i went to the store ,picked up myself Nicoderm CQ patches ,,Today will be the 1st day of the quiting stage ,, :bigeyes2: :bigeyes2: ,,so wish me luck ,,,im always starting and stopping this freaking habbit and i hate it ,,and it too expensive ,have to save money to spend on gas and electric ,, :irked:
Let see how far i could take this ,,last time i quit for 2 yrs and like a Idoit started last year from to much stress at work and GF probs,,(you guys know abou tthat) well now im a single guy again(so any single women feel free :smokin: )

well it's a mental thing after 2-3 days, because ACH your neurotransmitters are on nicotine mode for now, once your acetylcholine is back to normal again, it's your mental state which wants to smoke.
