LEave my lungs alone ,,they will not stop working ,cave in or do any of the sort ,,lol..maybe a bitof spittingout mucus :bigeyes2: but all good..
no cigg yet so im doing great ,these ppatches)i thnk )and my mental stage of not smoking is doing fine , :cool3:

ok ,,its been overa week doing great ,except for a bit irritable here and there ,,didnt touch a cigg yet ,i do what to have a cigg at times ,but hanging in there ,i just get a pc of gum or something and im fine ,i thought i would gain some wieght form this ,but that is not happening
