After 2 years, I started again. Stress does play a role in it.

My younger brother started smoking, I beat the **** out of him until he stopped (verbally at first, then it got physical, lol), but a good alternative would be hookah. I was never hooked on cigs. but hookah is off the hook. and it comes in flavors minus all the crap u find in cigs.

if you went from cigs to the hookah would you not just become dependent on the hookah. at least you can't really carry one around with you.
but I can't imagine that the hookah smoke is that much better.
