The Phillies play the Nationals, so I think they have the NL east wrapped up. The Brewers play the Cubs, so the Mets have the advantage.

Then the Advantage goes to the Brew Crew, because the Mets / Phillies would have to play for the East and then the loser plays the Brewers for the wild card.
