Sweet yellowfins. Those, IMO, are the best tasting fish. You can just throw them on the grill without being marinated or spiced and they taste amazing!

I went out this weekend....not much luck, 2 small blues of 2 and 3 lbs, 2 sea robins about 2 lbs, and a fluke....dropped off at the water's edge, but I allowed it to swim off....would have been a keeper last year..certainly not this year with 19.5" minimum....oh, and a very large skate. All at McCabe's Beach in Southold. No luck at all in East Creek, Peconic Bay...bunker still jumping, but nothing feeding on them. As always, the best luck was the week before...my son was out with friends, and caught tons of blues at McCabes, all 6-10 lbs.......Take care, Eric
