Well after consideration it looks like Im shutting my tank down soon Due to some charge they are now putting on me my bill went from 220 to 381 per month and after june it will be leveled off at 345. I will be making a list of what Ill be selling off once I get the inventory list. I cant wait till I retire and leave this god forsaken state

Good Im glad you will be happy at 345 a month. I have a small cape and my bill for the past year was around 245. I dont have disposable income to be just giving 140 dollars more per month

Same here....I used to pay around $250/month and have seen it slowly creeping up. It's over $300 now.

I haven't given much thought about the electricity expenses of running a tank. How much does it really cost?

I always have the option of moving the tank back to Queens. But I've also been thinking of moving current tank and getting a bigger one! SMH

Duke why the big increase? Come off balance billing. Pay for what you use. That big an increase doesn't sound right. Even with the rate increases coming.

Duke you can go on a payment plan that is even throughout the year I had pse&g in jersey and will be doing the same in Li I would look into this if I were you before taking down tank
