Kris, your parents moving to FL is not the worst thing. You'll have a warm sunny place to visit during the NY winters.
I'll have to agree on your pick as well, but the question was would you keep the tank or the fantasy person (trying to be pc).

I don't think she would like living in the tank. Maybe if it was a remake of Splash. That would be funny, a kid in high school who finds a mermaid at jones beach and lets her live in his reef tank.
who am I kidding, some one will steal that idea and make it a movie, you heard it here first.
Just make sure she does not eat all your clean up crew :D

It always seems to fall to me to try and keep this thread on the straight and narrow.

I grew up in Sydney, Australia five minutes walk from the beach.
until i turned about 24 I had never had a week go by without being in the ocean at least a couple of times- I used to surf nearly every day before school and work all year 'round.
When I was 24 I left Australia and travelled around Europe by myself for a year. Just me, a backpack and a eurail pass and the big wide world. This really fueled a love of travelling that has never really worn off. When i got back from Europe i spent three months wandering around Turkey. Then after getting some more money together I went to live in italy for a year. On the way there i stopped off in Morocco and met my future wife who was on holiday there with her sister from NY. After returning to Australia from italy i won a design scholarship which sent me around the world, to Paris London, New York and LA. It was while i was in New York that i decided to get married.
Cut to, three years later and I am still here living in New York.
I'm still not sure if this will be my final resting place.

WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!

You pick the tank over Jessica. My memories of late teen years must be severly off (it was a long time ago), but I would have traded in the tank, and many other body parts for such an opportunity.

But, I am thinking back with happy thoughts to when I was 17, I am alot older and wiser now, ;)
.

Damn! you deserve frags just for that statement, anyone who loves their tank that much deserves only the best SPS.
