Just cut them up! But make sure your careful, since zoanthids contain a toxin that can kill you, i.e. wear gloves and glasses.

cut em at the stem.... low or high on the stem... and then what do i do to get them on another piece of rock... put them in pantyhose or sumtin in the water so they can attach to the piece of rock.

Nah SPS are even easier (Thanks Kasei for the lesson a while back). I was talking about zoas. It's all easy after you get the hang of it.
