Reefs iOS App Support

I cannot download the Coral data base. The Download bar doesn't move, the close button becomes un-clickable and I have to forcibly close the app.

Iphone 6 with- app installed 7th Dec 2016 - accessing from broadband networks in Australia.
Given I paid for the database, it is a really bad experience.

The app is not working. I bought the corals information database and its not working as well.. I requested my money back and would like to receive news when the app get well. thank you.
