i find the left one(mud snails) from temperate waters dies off slowly. they r also label by many as nass snails. they r found along most coast lines. ebay offers them. link
the one on the right is the type i like to get.

Not to derail (but again, not like anything's left :) ), but what are the benefits of these snails? I've seen ppl buy a boat load (i.e. 50, 50, 25) of these. Thanks ahead of time for the info.

They turn over your sand bed and eat detrius and left over food in your tank.

ill pick it up first thing in the morning wobb. I had dibs on this before anyone, actually me and scarf but ill take the whole thing. Ill let scarf decide if he wants in after I pick it up.
