While that is pretty cool, I don't see myself going that far lol for now. I could see upgrading to a 5gal system in the very near future or maybe even a keg sized rig. If you're anal enough to count yeast cells, you probably produce some stellar beer. We get to try out our first batch of porter Wednesday night. Hope it turns out right.

I was pretty relaxed about brewing until I decided to go pro. Now I'm working on precision so that I can scale up my recipes and brew consistently.
