Seems like he went down to easy.. or he planned to just go down from the get go. If you hear him talk before the fight, he did say it was all about the money to him, and if he took a beating for 15 minutes it wouldnt matter, its all about the money. Anderson Silva needs to fight someone that wants to win.

BJ Penn wont know what hit him when he fights Diego Sanchez...that guy is the future of the UFC.

Forrest never had a chance, plain and simple. Silva is too fast. Watch Forrest throw a punch, Silva moves out of the way with east. Have you ever seen the video of Silva training? His trainer stands 7 feet away and rifles tennis ball at him (head, feet, stomach) and silva dodges about 19 out of 20. He's lightning quick. Think of all his fights, how often do you see him get punched?? To me, he's just in another class of his own and Forrest is nowhere near that class. He probably went down too easy but he never had a shot of beating him.

I can't wait for Diego and BJ to fight. I hate BJ and was hoping he would win just so he'd face Diego.

I saw his last fight with Clay Guida and was seriously impressed with both of them. Guida is not in Nightmare's league but damn his chin can take a beating. There were at least 3 occassions he went down and I thought he would not get up, but he did and he kept on fighting. After the fight, he was still dancing around. He has amazing endurance. But Diege kicked the crap out of him.

LOL...ima fan of Guida....i used to be a fan of the "nightmare" but he's getting weird....he's all about Jesus and God and this and that...but the man acts like the devil...did you see him foaming at the mouth when he fought Joe Daddy...:evil: and he's always pushing someone at the weigh ins..not a very nice person if you ask me LMAOOO

Joe Daddy took some serious shots from Diego:shhh:, just for the shots he took I give him respect. Diego has bursts of energy, and has great stand up, very versatile fighter. his high kicks, and knees do serious damage.

Diego is going to be worst then Flor. If Diego can't get up from Guida he won't have a chance with Penn. Diego style of fighting is stand or pound and ground. Both styles plays right into Penn. I think if a motivated Penn, Diego will end up worst then Florian.

This is my opinion I think if Koscheck loses one or 2 more fights I think he can move to lightweight and use his wrestling to beat Penn.

I disagree..........respectfully of course. Diego has better stand up the Ken-flo and a lot more intensity. I like his chances.

I also think Koscheck would get roughed up by the 3 guys you mentioned, BJ, Ken Flo and Diego.

i rather see the elbows than that non-sense that happened.....silva had his hands down to his waist plenty of times..forrest could have thrown punches or went for the take down..he was literally standing right in FRONT of him...its still weird to me...watch the fight again..

It wasn't even the worst fight of the night. The guy who beat Amir Sadallah was the worst. It was terrible how early the ref stopped the fight and the last 5 punches Sadallah got hit with landed on the back of his head.

The Ref did stop the fight too early but is not like Sdallah was doing anything to preventing the ref from stopping it. It was just a matter of the next punch or the punch after that will land. Sadallah wasn't even looking at the other guy. There was no defense at all.

I thought it was too early also but I do understand why the Ref stop it.

Personally I rather watch Carano and cyborg more then Carwin and Vazquez.

Melendez and Ishida is a good match.

He was trying to stand up and getting punched in the back of the head. That will prevent him from looking like he was trying to defend himself.

I think Carwin / Vazquez will be a good fight of two contrasting styles.
