I am going with a 60 gal 2' x 2' x 2' cube tank and just posted a thread on it under "new tank". Johnny:)

Nothing cheap in this hobby unless your a DIY'er! Johnny:D P.S. But the advice is cheap!:)

I would say not having the proper advice and knowledge like a reef forum just as Reefs.org to properly guide me in my set-up which cost me alot of money and frustration and ended up tearing the tank down. Johnny:)

For that depth of tank I would go with the 250ww MH. Are you going to keep sps corals? Johnny:)

This pic is the plumbing plan for the closed loop system. It wil be run by an AMP Master 2100 pump. :)

The following pic is my return line plans for the tank. Most of the plumbing has been done and still need to order some more parts. This return line will be run by a Mag 9.5 or 12 pump. :)

This next pic shows the 12" wide overflow box and the bottom has been put on.:) The Euro bracing will be put on the top the first part of this week and corners polished.:)

Hello Everyone! It has been awhile since I have been here so thought I would update you on what has been going on. I just recently tore down my three year old 80 gallon reef system as I had to many issues with it and the DSB and now in the process of getting a smaller system up and running...

Hey Wade! I forgot to mention that when I put in the copperband butterfly the Christmas tree worm was transferred to my wife's reef tank! Johnny:)
