  1. elegance corals

I have been told they sometimes don't ship too well, therefore becoming susceptible to infection. Bascially I was told if you find a good specimin and are very careful not to harm the tissue in transit home from the lfs, that they do really well. I've seen a few at my local store that they've...

Ok, I had a container of it arrive today in the mail. I know about the letting sit for 2-3 hours before dripping, and drip it about 1 drop a second or so. 3. Help please, suggestion for next fish

Alright, right now in my 46 gallon I have 2 blue chromis, a yellow head goby, and an extremely mean spotted hawkfish. I want to get a lawnmower blenny to see if he'll attack some of my hair algae. Anyway, my hawkfish though is extremely mean towards new fish in the tank, has eventually killed...
  4. question about a CPR bak-pak

I have close to 100 pounds of live rock and about a 6" sand bed, it is a 46 gallon tank. Should I still do the slow gradual remove of it all? If so, could I clean what I keep in there for the time until it is all removed slowly? or would I run into the same algae problems if I attempt to...
  5. question about a CPR bak-pak

I currently have a CPR protein skimmer. I have had it up and running about 4 months and the bio-bale really needs cleaning. I was wondering if I should just go ahead and take the bio-bale out completely, or clean it and put it back? Any pros/cons to either route? Your advise is greatly...

Ok, one more, what about a finger leather? It may be in danger at some point too, and it's immovable, attached to 2 different rocks now. Thanks for the advice so far.

  14. Radio shack fan

I have 2 of the 12 volt DC radio shack fans in my hood, no problems with either of them. I bought just a regular 12 volt plug-in transformer, like what you'd use on a cell phone, and wired them off of that. I'd exchange yours, has to be a defect.
