I don't get that. The LFS here hugely expanded their frag selections, but only have them under blue lights. I stand there wondering what they look like. Fluorescing pigments alone are kind of uninteresting to me.

I like blue but I also like not blue so I have both. On another forum people didn't like my tank till I posted the blue photos. Sigh.

I like how blue lights make certain corals pop. Especially the green/orange/yellow polyps. That's why I like sunrise/sunset features that modern lights have. You get to see your corals under different lighting twice a day.

I drive Bernie nuts at "dusk" - she's seen the corals during daylight, and I'm always calling her back over to check out how this or that coral is flourescing
