Long time ago. I agree with you about them...they gotta be started on their own.

(really need to pop up for air more often to see these threads!)

Can't even find a tank in that picture of coral! Good job.

I do notice a vortech stuffed way in the corner, any issues with the corals that are right in front of it? I had issues with my tank that I think corals essentially became a wall and negated a large hunk of flow in my tank (causing die off etc... well amongst other things)

Thanks Mike.

There is a vortech on each side of the tank and the path in front of them is pretty clear. The vortech in the front left has a pretty straight shot so I don't have to prune anything. The one in the right back gets some of that 'Leftytata' blocking its flow and I have to chop it back from time to time.

If vortechs were around when I set up the tank I would have done things very differently. :D Its hard to tell from the pics, but the aquascape is pretty 3D - there is almost nothing touching any wall of the tank and ther are pass throughs all over the place.

The baby Regal is doing great!

geese. well, if you ever have to trim anything back, I'll volunteer to "dispose" of the cuttings...

I showed my wife the pic of your tank...speachless.

Do you still have that deep blue tort I gave you a while back? If so I'd love to bug you for a nub of it in the future sometime (when I have a tank I'm confident in putting it in)

Awesome!

So, those pics look really blue- is that just how the camera responds to LED lights? I assume it doesn't look that way to the eye.

When the blue lights are on it pretty much looks like that. I took those pics because people like the blue. Weird eh?
