And the all time worse was when a reefer asked me to buy something off of a good reefer friends sale thread and get it for less and pass on the savings ...... Totally ****.

When you try to glue something in and it keeps falling. Have an enchinata frag that I just can't glue in. Probably used a tube of IC GEL on it by now. Thing just won't stay.

What burns my assets is when a "reefer" sets up a deal then changes the deal and when you confront them about it with proof in hand (the text messages that have full detail of dealings)! Only to have them kill a perfect rating and slander. I dont know anybody on here that didnt try to get a better deal. I dont know anybody who didnt have second thoughts. Just say so. Be honest! I believe in KEEPING MY WORD. If Im at fault or forget or whatever its up to me to make it right! DO THE RIGHT THING! If you say you are holding, hold! If you say its this day or time at least have the courtesy to call and change arrangements! Why kill the fun of the hobby?
Whats up with ppl selling (punting) equipment they by from other places. I really hate it when they say they bought a 400.00 item and "decided to go the another way". Really, If I bought a 400.00 item new and it did not work for whatever reason it stands to reason the vendor would credit, exchange, cash back. So if you think the we are stupid and that 400.00 item your selling for 250.00 is new then wow! Im to believe you are gonna "absorb the loss"... You should switch to selling life insurance to cadavers becuz you can sell anything!
Last, Whats up with stealth vendors here? Its cool if you use overgrowth to pay for additives and such but when you set up a frag tank that is not a Nursery/Quarantine for your main tanks then your in it for profit. Own up to it and dont get ppl over your house for one thing say algae and then put the used car salesman on them to "upsell"! Its totally cool to sell just be honest. Hell, put the profits to good use and get a vendor status.
Sorry B-ridge I been meaning to vent that about some of the dealings on MR. Now I can see my therapist about my marriage! LOL!
PS Im still holding that Algae, purple rock, and inverts i said I would give you for whenever we can get together.

3-When ppl agree to pay a price and when you show up they want to pay with a Check.
4-When ppl dont get what they want for that price they complain.
5-And last when ppl say Ill be there at a time and text u 3hrs before and if you dont reply they assume you wont be home. No trust these days lol.

Lmao that cherry wood? Dude you gotta go hahaha. What grinds my gears is i know this is Manhattan reefs and it implies that most reefers here are out west, but i wish more were closer east. Living on the east end kills me in gas to make trades/ deals and new reefer friends.
