my two little guys are the best. Had them for 2 months now. Slamming mysis shrimp like no tomorrow. One trick i learned very fast is to have dimmer then normal lighting. Here's a s pic of my two. And a pic of on of the 3 i have on hold for me at the LPS. There eating and all just need to wait a week till i can get there to pick them up.

I have had quite a few specimens in my warehouse lately from 2" to 4" max. All in great condition, eating, clean, and healthy. The remaining specimens on 104th street were all in perfect condition. They came from Bali suppliers but original point of origin is hard to determine.

There has been other suppliers in Chicago and New York with these specimens and I cannot speak to their quality or condition, But the ones coming into Los Angeles lately have been outstanding. Really a cool fish and exciting to see in person. Not sure if it is fair to say the price tag is high, it is significantly lower than the last times they trickled into the states. With collection being sporadic and some what seasonal it could be awhile before they come around again in any quantities.

I finally got some decent pictures of my new Borb. He has adjusted well and eats like a pig and even has showed some signs of defending his territory. How much have these fish been going for lately? Regards, Tim

Prices are about $300-400 for the current batch.

I've had mine from the previous batch for half a year now. It grows fast. Mine is still not as pink as the pictures here, though it's getting more pink as it grows.

I got my fingers on one last night on the Live Aquaria website for $350 8) . Reef Hot Spot also had one last night for $299. As I can't have anything shipped safely to Northern Wisconsin this time of year, I have to go with what's local. Thank heavens Live Aquaria is only a 90 mile drive, so I can arrange to pick mine up!

It sucks not being able to order fish/corals/inverts from October through March :x
