Why can't I see when a post has been made in the forum (email notification). I had no idea someone needed help. We get email notifications from all of the other forums we sponsor and I wish this was a feature on the Manhattan Reefs Forum. If it is a feature that you have here then please tell me what I'm doing wrong. We try to give top notch service but it's hard to do it if we don't know that someone is having a problem with a product. Thanks for your help anyone...?

1. Default Thread Subscription Mode
2. Choose "Instant email notification"
3. Save Changes

Ok this is very odd. My settings are correct. Also I received an email notification when you posted the instructions on how to do this. I never received a notification on all of the other posts prior to the one you just posted. Wierd...

Ah...now I understand what happened. Those instructions are for posts in threads in which you have participated. Once you posted in this thread, your subscription to this thread was activated. Any thread you create will result in email notifications.

The site's admin has to create a special email notification so you are notified whenever anyone posts in your forum. I'll let him know.
