We are finally opening to the public on Friday, February 2. We are located on 25-19 Astoria Blvd. 3 blocks off the N or W train and right before the triboro bridge exit on the Grand Central. We are currently stocking livestock for all our MR members. Be sure to let our staff know you are MR members for an extra 5-10 percent discount off every purchase through our promotional period. Based on the address - get off at the Astoria Blvd. stop. walk down the South West stair case. The corner that the stop straddles is actually Hoyt Ave, but if you go down the staircase I mentioned above, you will be facing towards Astoria Blvd, walk to the corner of Asotria Blvd and make a right. It should be about four-five short blocks on your right hand side.

I get on and off at the Astoria Blvd Station five days a week. It straddles Hoyt avenue at 31st street. Depending on which set of stairs you take you can end up on either the north or south side of Hoyt.

I was in the neighborhood and they were gracius enough to open the doors and show me around. Looks like it is going to be a great store. The guys are true hobbiests. They seem to have all the right ideas. Be careful though it is not called Coral Factory. I drove around the block a few times looking for it. It is called Sea Visions and it looks like it used to be a Eye dr.office, confusing... but it is there across from a hugh catering hall.
Best of luck to them, This store will be really nice......

Thank you all... We will try our best to cater everyone's needs. Unfortunately, I have no time to take any pics right now, hopefully jhale can come by and be gracious enough to take some of his great pics for MR members. Yes we will be housing frozen foods, dry goods, tanks... Pretty much everything you will need and don't need. A few brand names that we will be carrying, Tunze, Coral Life, Bermuda, Deltec (Pending), AGA, OCeanic, etc.. the list goes on. We are here not only to provide the goods, but rather reliable customer service. Once again, thank you and look forward in meeting you.

I think they are having a pre-opening today. Probably better off waiting until tomorrow. Store is looking good though..

The tanks weren't full as today was the preopening but the place is very nice, well laid out and theres great idea's behind the store. Monday and on most of the stuff is coming in. Good luck with everything guys.
