Hey, guys/gals, I am not depressed, nor I'm I giving up!;)

It will be a long while before I set my reef back up due to that I am not going to do so until we have a natural gas generator! I want my next tank to be well protected to the best of my ability!;) But we will once again have our tank as beautiful as it was!

You miss lady can have your pick of whatever you like out of my tank. Please let me know and I will frag it so that it has plenty of time to heal/grow out while you get that tank back up and running!

Took some time, but I finally cleaned it up.:) So much easier to deal with the canopy since I no longer have that ridiculously heavy MH/PC lighting fixture.;) Hurry for my "Cree Bricks".

:
Did what I could with the LR I have. I even threw in some old decorative coral skeletons I had from my early days of FO tank before I changed over to FOWLR.lol
Waiting on a special order piece that will bridge the two islands.;)
Threw out all the ESV sand, replaced it with "CaribSea Aragonite Seaflor Special Grade Reef Sand". Much happier with this sand!;) I did not rinse the sand, or the LR.

Finally finished making enough water to fill the tank, and sump. That took 3 days total.. I filled the tank with the mixed water with my "Mr. Lee" immitation Python driven by an old Rio Pump. Put the tube right behind one of the rock island. Minimal cloudiness, better then the old plastic bag over the sand trick.;) Cleared up over night....

All equipment has been put back online, and now 2 out of my 4 Koralias are not working.
Their propellers are not spinning.:( Need to replace them. Might replace them with Koralia EVO.. Can't afford the Vortex.:(

Now to sit back, and wait for the tank to cycle, and for hubby to get a generator. BTW, he is now pulling the "this was a freak event, it won't happen again".argggggggggggggggggggggg

Ammonia 2 ppm
Trites 0
Trates 0

i like the bridge idea. can't wait to see what it'll look like.
i'll have stuff for you when the tank is cycled and stable. :wink1:
i'm sure if those members, whom you had helped/donated to, would give just one frag, your tank would be filled in a jiffy.

I can't wait to see it myself!:) It's been a while since I've had a bridge in my system. I always liked it.. Last time I had the bridge I put a standing Buddha with it's arm stretched upwards. It looked like he was holding the bridge up.;) Don't have the Buddha anymore. Sandy took that too.:(
