ok here's "la pozita" or "well". i guess it's called a well because there's a reef wall all along the beach and people bathe in the shallow calm waters. this is where i collect my live rock.

here are the CBS i caught in "la pozita"
DSCN2502.jpg

and here are the goby. this one layed eggs a couple of days after putting her in a 10g. see the yellow stringy stuff. too bad she ate them after they detached.
DSCN2504.jpg

DSCN2505.jpg

see all that pinkish stuff. it seems that around this time of year all the macro dies off and washes up on the shore.
DSCN2521.jpg

baby baracuda waiting for a meal in the shallows. there are tons of them here. some big ones too. my hairs stand on end when i'm snorkeling and see them just floating there looking back

this is the bridge i have to take to and from the beach. it's either pay the $2 fee to and from or take a long drive to save the two bucks. i rather just pay
DSCN2525.jpg

and there's my house. yeah you see it right on the shore of the lagoon right behind that tree. yeah that one. jajajaja
DSCN2526.jpg

this is the morning view from my balcony of the lagoon. on the far side is the bridge i take to the beach

here's the 65g i set up. still have to make a canopy and finish the stand. i bought black paint for the back of the tank and it ended up being this dark brownish color. i'm so pissed but i don't plan on changing it. so far i just have a pair of CBS and a pair of clowns.

let's see... i started with a 10g then i had a 30g then a 40br then a 90g then a 120g then a 30h then a 28 bowfront should i keep going :splitspin

DSCN2563.jpg
this is the rock that hope to seed the tank with. it has all colors of coraline and a nice orange sponge
DSCN2564.jpg

Sounds like your really coming along there.;)

I'm so sorry about the jawfish Jon!:( I know exactly how you feel. Last Friday I traded one of my stands for a Midas Blenny, and it went MIA as well. Last I saw it was when I released it in to my tank.;(
