Very impressive, do you have any closeup of how the skimmer is working? I needs to setup my skimmer..

Jung,

the skimmer came with a aquabee needlewheel pump. the best part about it is that it only use 38watts!!! i'll take more pics of the tank and corals soon.

Awsome choice of equiupment man. I love the H&S, Deltecs & Das skimmers simply for the aquabee needlewheels. Superefficient!

Your cabinets also kick some serious butt. Its good to see proper planning. Hard to say if form follows function or function follows form on this project. Really good job. Lookin forward to seeing more updates.

Steve you got to get some better shots over here. A full tank shot with the cabinets open to see the equipment would be great. The skimmer looks awesome!

Herman,

Thanks for the kind words... I wish I could take all the credit for the tank, but I received allot of expertise and help from many members on this forum.

I originally wanted to get a MONSTER beckett, but am now glad that I bought this very energy efficient needle wheel. H&S's skimmers are to notch and I would recommend them to anyone...

steve we need to consolidate your threads, there's the steve's sump thread, the steve's stand thread, the new 120 thread with a few picks of your coral, and this thread.
either that or post it all from the beginning ;)

Ill take a german needlewheel skimmer anyday over a monster beckett. Lokk I will probably get shot down for that comment by the Beckett lovers. We can settle the dispute at the fragswap the old fashioned way in the parking lot. Beer drinking!!!!
