Beautiful tank but those images are NOT "as shot" or in other words, straight out of the camera. Increased saturation and slight sharpening at the minimum.
Not saying its not pretty.

heres a quick question that i was pondering :scratchch now lets say i use filter socks and i change out a used filter sock that is clogged. now the sock is full of tank water, you take the sock out of the tank and now you lose all that saltwater in the sock what do you do, do you ring it out into the new sock. my main concern is not having that saltwater replaced by rodi freshwater (with a bigger tank it wouldnt be such a bad thing but for a smaller tank it makes a much bigger deal)

When you lift the sock the water will come out, it dosent completly clog.

Your talking about the wet sock? Thats not much, when you do water change add a couple drops.

i think im going to go with live aquaria 22lbs of select fiji premium live rock for 100.00 plus 34 bucks overnite shipping :biggrin: not that bad and i dont have to drive 25 miles to pick up live rock and lug it home

thats how you know that this tank is gonna be one of the great ones had plenty of time to prep and prepare (well i hope its gonna be great) no need to buy me water got a brand new rodi unit sitting in the box and a new bucket of salt waiting to be used :lol2:
