Did the bulkiness of using 1" EMT have anything to do with it? The mounting system you use should be discreet and as invisible as possible.

It might have a little i just wasnt happy with the way it would of looked overall with the bends.

I agree 100% timber. I dont think the rails with the legs should be that bad. Im gonna have 2 on this tank if it was 1 then i would say it would prob. Be a problem. But i will find out when i get it.

I spoke to AI in regards to the legs on the mount and was told they are doing something about it and designing new legs which would raise the modules higher off the water line so thats great news. he had no ETA but he said near future so i will be intouch with him about this and will let you guys know.

I don't have that RO/DI (I have a BRS Plus) but in general...

The dual in-line TDS meter is meant to measure the TDS at 2 spots:

1) the output of the RO Resin - ie before the input of the DI stage
and
2) the output of your DI stage - ie the final product water. You want to put the meter close to the DI cannister so that you have lots of tubing dangling to run to your storage container.

I don't know if you have a DI stage so there's that. But that's the general jist of it. At least how mine is hooked up. I suppose they are all different.

The flush kit is slightly more complex to install...I just followed this video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mW7rYNyL2eY

but again, that's with the BRS unit, which is probably different than yours in detail, though not in principle...

Hope that at least sorta helps...and hope that someone with your exact unit can chime in with useful advice.
