Update

Update.. was correct in the theory about the bigger BlueLine 100HD pump transferring heat to the water. Though the flow was great I couldn't afford lossing any SPS because of heat issues so I went with a BlueLine 70HD and the flow was almost the same. I can throttle open the ball valve all the way in the frag tank and the main DT. without issues. Was able to remove a Koralia out of the main DT tank and put it into the frag tank. As far as heat, tank is now at a stable 78.2 - 80.2* with the Metal Halides on. Chiller does not go on and off anymore. Tank temp at night, now goes down to 76* Then fan turns off at night aswell to keep the temp from going any lower. Overall very pleased with the way it worked out. Still need to purchase another DC4 or DC8 and purchase a Dual dosing pump for alk and cal. Tired of manually dosing. LOL!!

Update... deciding it is time for automatic dosing of alk and cal. So Thanks goes out to DHL for lending me.. lol the automatic dosers when I told him I was going to buy a Triple Doser. Will however need to buy them from him. Right Harry!!!

Dosing pumps, Alk & Cal running @ 5ml hour which is 100ml in 24hours. Up 27hours. Ph steady @ 8.15 will test levels tomorrow and see where we are at. Goal= Stability and Tanks sweet spot.
