If you are taking a macro within a short distance of the camera you don't have to zoom. Just take the macro and then zoom in in post on your computer. Trust me... it's you lol.

Just bought it! SX120IS 10 MP

The specs on these two cameras are virtually identical, the SX120IS is the newer model so I'm not sure why the SX110IS is more expensive.




Will, when you say the pic is blurry, is the whole pic blurry or is the subject (fish or coral) the only thing blurry? If the whole pic is blurrry, then its you and camera shake, use a tripod. If its the subject that's blurry then your shuttter speed is too slow. Try sports scene for faster shutter.
