Grass Shrimp (Palaemonetes pugio)

We have lots of grass shrimp available. I use these shrimp in my sumps or displays as a constant live food source. They lay eggs frequently therefore providing fry as a live food source. Many are carrying eggs now. They also make great feeders and are easy to enrich with any flake food. If you have Lionfish, Anglers, Triggers, Puffers or other predatory fish they will love these shrimp.

If you keep seahorses or pipefish these make great tank-mates as well.

All of the shrimp have been treated with praziquantel too!!
