in another instance, she got a call from a mother whose kid fell in a playground. The kid was screaming in the background, and when asked if the kid had been to a doctor, she said "no it just happened." she had called a lawyer before an ambulance.

It's really not funny. My wife had to tell this moron to get off the phone and call an ambulance before worrying about a lawyer.

Looks like AT&T finally heard our voices and added some service in the troubled area I have been mentioning. But does it really help my drop call issue, that still have to be determined. In an email they sent me, they said, "Chinatown - added a new cell site to improve mobile broadband coverage along Mulberry Street from Bayard to Houston, and along Grand Street from Crosby to Allen."

So my rating for them whenever they ask for a survey has just went 1 slot up from the absolute worst. LOL
