That one was only 21lbs... But fought like a blue believe it or not...

I've had those before, last year I caught a 41 inch striper that nearly spooled me.

I'm heading out to my place on the island today...yesterday, my son caught about 16 blues in the morning...a week and a half ago I got a 30" striper.

Well, I'm at my LI place....skunked! Worst fishing of the season. Not even a tap, last night or this morning. Nobody else had any luck either. Well, at least i collected a bunch of Ulva and mud snails for my tank.....

Froggie AKA Q and his boys came out on the boat with me over the weekend. They caught a bunch of nice bass on live bunker.
