lol

There's a million different methods but everyone is different..just do the most strenuous workout your heart can handle when I was a young teen I took up breakdancing/capoeira and lost 50 lbs in 2 months. When you can handstand against a wall and do pushups you are good to go. It's a very good workout because you are supporting your entire bodyweight. I will say the gym is the best thing ..don't feel intimidation but MOTIVATION. When you see all the people in shape that's what you can aspire to be. Also the fact that you can't slack off because at the gym you can't sit on the couch, play video games..GO ONLINE LOL etc. If you are there you are forced to work out.

There is alot of simple stuff you can do at home as well that costs you $0 so if you can't afford a gym or are too embarrased here's what you can do to start. Pushups, crunches, leglifts ( lay down flat or on your side and just lift your leg either 1 at a time on the side or both laying down). This builds leg muscle,ab muscle and will also burn fat off your stomache and help for that 6 pack everyone wants. There is also alot of dumbell excercises as well. You can get them for almost nothing at any store like Modell's Sports Authority, Dick's etc. Tough to explain with words but all you have to do is google dumbell exercises and probably 437875645 bilion things will pop up.

When it starts to hurt that's the # you do. These at home methods are a simple start as you build up a tolerance increase and when you are ready or can afford it the gym is definitely the best thing because of the amount of equipment, classes etc. Running as mentioned by others is also 1 of the best things you can do if you get out of breath easily you just have to practice your breathing same with weights.

Hope that helps g'luck all.

after going on a carnival cruise last August Im surprised the boat didnt sink. Almost everyone was way over weight. Im 6' 240 but I was a bodybuilder back in my 30's so I kept a lot of size. Anyway I decided its time to drop down to 220ish so I cut out all the not so good stuff. No fast foods period. I whent back to prepairing all my foods again and Im back down to 220 and feeling much better.

2 years ago I used to weight 185 lb. Over the summer, I exercised everyday for two months, drank only water, cut out all fast foods, only healthy foods. At the end of the summer, I weight at 140 lbs. At this time I saw myself and I was skinny to the point where I could see my ribs. So I decided to gain weight again and now I am at around 165 - 170 lbs.

Now, I only drink water. No soda, only if I have to. Occasional milk and orange juice.
Fast food = crap to me. If I eat it, I get nauseous and it doesn't digest the right way.
With proper dieting, you change your body to accept only the good foods. Or at least that's what I went through.
I don't eat candy cause I don't crave it anymore. Maybe a little chocolate here and there but that's it.
I still hate veggies though.
