Nice job kathy, but im going to call you up on one slight oversight..
Wheres the room dividing 6x2x2 reeftank....shame on you for missing out on such an essential feature..
Keep up the good work..
That was an intentional oversight
In the 5th pic you can see the corner of one of my FW tanks. Those poor angels are crammed into that 30g until I finish the dining room...at this rate sometime mid-late December...argh! The do have a regular home in a larger tank that sits in my dining room
I couldn't put a tank between the 2 rooms as my office ...with it's 3 SW tanks ...is directly below there. Wasn't messing with them!
For those who asked, I only have older pics of the kitchen as prints and will have to find them & scan them (at some point).
I have still been taking pics as the work continues here and will be posting them once I upload them.
There is still a little more work to do in the kitchen, I finally cut the crown moldings but haven't installed them yet, nor have I grouted or sealed the backsplash, but in all of my spare time, I did manage to cook a meal
Yup just one, I'm going for a world record...lol
Russ - I did know about that counter end, just one of the bazillion details I hadn't gotten to yet
We started right in on the bathrooms and frankly, I'd rather do plastering 24/7 than deal with the nightmare the plumbing has been
A friend came & installed the rear-flush toilet in the new half bath in the basement. Your heart kinda stops when the waste pipe is about to be cracked (intentionally, and went VERY well!
)) and then you just want to move off the planet when you see just what is inside of that pipe...ewwww!
We are in the 4th straight day of plumbing and things are starting to come together though there have been a number of issues. The heavy construction should (read better be) done by the weekend, and then I have to polish off all of the detail stuff. Yippee
Thanks for all of the nice comments and I'll get more pics up the first chance I get!
