Didn't know you had Oscars Kris!
Johnny is correct, and they will also eat crickets as Dave mentions. Please do avoid other live fish.
The Earthworms - probably the yummiest thing you can give them (that is actually good for them), but don't be surprised if they refuse other food afterwards..just be sure they were not collected where there are any pesticides/chemicals used.

The best food is of course a 'staple' food - meaning the cichlid sticks since they do provide the vitamins they need - so that should always be part of their daily diet as well.

..they will also eat meat, cat food (dry)..but that stuff really messes up your water :(

I actually feed mine market shrimp, flake, hikari cichlid pellets the occasional nightcrawlers.
Don't feed them too many nightcrawlers as they can have a protein attack from eating them.
But my fish go nuts over the market shrimp, just be sure to rinse them out before feeding them, as you do not want to introduce any of the protein slime from the shrimp into the tank.

I have a friend who keeps feeding his oscars with mixed puppy biscuits...:shhh: and the oscars, I should say, are gorgeously colorful...

I dont know what to feed them buh the are really nice fishes very nice all of them hop they get (madd) really big lol

I had a nice 13" one that I had given away to bikinisalt last year... beautiful albino... if it wasn't for the simple fact that he ate half of a tiger shovelnose catfish that I had just gotten, I would have kept him.
