as mentioned earlier, they will eat anything...
i "do" recommend feeding oscars live fish, they get big, and the bigger they get the less they swim. the benefit of feeding livefish is so that they get some exsercise(not kidding).
all options mentioned are good, ex
cichlid pellets
crickets 1+(i encourage you to feed him crickets, feed them with vitamins)
worms 1+
some people dont condone this, but i have seen oscars eating, baby (newborn) mice...
make sure you qt all feeder fish first...
