Awi, he looks like he'll rip your face off in every picture but the 3rd one down. lol
LOL, he has a different look for when he is out on a walk from the look he has indoors. He is the biggest goofball ever.lol And a lover of all who come to our home.

We call him "Marmaduke" cause he is such a clutts. He falls down the stairs on a regular.lol Two years ago he actually fell in to the pool while walking on the deck with me. It was early spring, the pool had not been covered for the winter so the water was not only cold, but disgustingly dirty. Thank God he was able to swim to where I could pull him out.:tongue1:

But I still love him to pieces, and wouldn't trade him for the world.

Awi, Like always wonderful dogs you have there. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Marki!

BTW, I had to go back to look again for the scars on darkdrako's pit.;)
Marki, you do realize that pits are reknowned for their skin problems. Does 2 little scars could be just that an old battle with a skin condition.
Knowing of this condition that plagues pits is what got me using an Oatmeal shampoo & rinse with my dogs as soon as they were old enough for bathing.;)

Sorry, just had to post the above. I get tired of everyone assuming all pits are fighting dogs.:irked:

Back to those awesome pics of our "Best Friends" Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Awi: Thank you. Dulce just turned 1 year old 2 weeks ago and thank you for your comment on the fighting. I'm used to people assuming things like that. It comes with owning an American Pit Bull Terrier.

Marki: No, they are not scars. She has never been in a fight and gets along with all dogs, adults and children. She has a form of demodectic mange which caused patches of her hair to fall out. Her entire nose was bald at one point but we are treating it and about 90% of her hair has grown back. As far as the mud, we had a great water fight after she went mudding.
Thanks Marki!

Let me clear something up, I also have a pit and she does have scars from fighting and that is not because she wanted to fight it is because the original owner wanted to use her for fighting and she didnt have that in her and then the owner threw her on the street. So I was thinking that could have been the same situation. I have nothign against pits as that is the dog of my choice. :)

My Dog

This is Cooper. He actually saved one of my clowns. After it jumped out of the tank, he started barking like crazy making me aware of the fish flopping on the floor. I was able to put it back in the tank in time for it to survive till this day.

That is understood. Next time though, ask if they are scars not if they are scars from fighting. It would be taken less harshly. Dulce has been in my family since she was 5 weeks old (long story). I would have preferred to adopt a dog but the situation that she was in didn't help.
