Thanks Jimmy. I do love that poem though. It's so sweet.I love when he rolls onto his back, he always does that! He even sleeps like that snoring away like crazy. I have only had him for a little over a year. I love him like I have had him his whole life. I rescued him last christmas before he went to the pound. He bonded to me so quickly. Now he is like velcro

Great pics everyone. I believe in rescuing also. Not to be a downer but just to pay tribute to all who have lost their best friends. My old lady is 15 and it looks like her time is coming, a day I am dreading. Here is the poem JimmyR1rider was referring to.

Thanks Jimmy it's a tough decision but I'm hoping she'll let me know when she is ready. I understand why you want to wait to get another, it kinda feels like you are trying to replace them. Thanks for the kind words.
