Just curious if anyone has any problem posting from there smart-phones on here?

Just bought the Sprint Touch not to long ago and can view MR fine but cannot post into the main box - only the subject line ... My phone is completely touch so it maybe possible MR does not register that ....

iPhone works fine. Treo works fine. Not sure about any others though.

On the iPhone if you bookmark the site and save it to your main screen you will get a little MR icon, cool!

posting from my HTC touch works for me. this post is from my phone. its just a little slow loading pages because they are like a meg each.

There are mobile websites? Sorry I have a phone, not a PDA/Smartphone so I'm a little out of the loop on that subject.

I use IE6 for this site.
Opera Mini 4 works well on some websites, and not on others.
I've also had Opera Mini 4 freeze my phone up multiple times

See I'm not the only one!! :irked:

I used Opera Mini 4 and it worked but just like Ming said sometimes it freezes my phone as well ... Opera Mini 3 wouldn't even let me put in a password ...

If you want to try another browser go to operamini.com on your phone and download it see if that helps ...

I am gonna call Sprint tech and see if they can help ... will post results later..
IE6 is my preferable browser but it won't let me post ... :irked:

Any fixes on this? Am looking to get a new phone by next week and the touch, treo755 and centro are my 3 choices.

MR works on all 3?

I like the touch a lot better after adding in a bunch of 3rd party software.
I still miss the feeling of actual buttons though

Sprint tech's say do a hard reset on the phone, but don't really want to considering i have over 300 contacts ... its a random thing that effects different handsets ...

I agree with Ming though 3rd party browsers freeze up the phone thus far in my experiences, its just so strange why it doesn't recognize being able to post in that main dialoge box ....but it does work with opera mini 4, but the flipside it freezes after about 5 mins use ...

And there is really no fix for it, unless its a known WM6 bug that effects some phones ... than we just have to wait for the upgrade 6.1 or 7

You can sync all your contacts into Outlook as a backup and resync it after you did the hard reset... if thats your only concern
