1 thing. be prepared to be told by the councilman that the owner is never available. because he isnt. but you will need press issues with the councilman to get her into any trouble. she is his daughter. wouldnt you protect your own>? not defending them in any way. just throwing a logical piece of information out there to consider.

ive read through this post and the other, and really if all people do is post on here and dont take further action this thread is dead, one thing about it people will say they wont go some place ever again, but when conveinance is neccessary they will go back or out of curiousity of wonder what they got ect. making a racist comment doesn't make you a racist, it makes you ignorant. i dont live in the city so i dont have to ever worry about going there, but we do have a fish store up by me that the owner is not friendly at all and will sell you anything just to make a sell,{ will never do business with this person again after he sold my wife a stingray knowing who she was or that she was my wife , he knew the type of tank i had and knew better } so therefor i don't shop there anymore

I don't know John Liu, but you must hate him to compare him to Al Sharpton

Actually, I think many people in Flushing love councilman John Liu, including me. He has eased a lot racial tensions and police/citizen disagreements. He even successfully brought the NYPD and TLC into cooperation in improving the Asian shuttle bus conflict. He is always on top of racism issues but not illogical like the Al whoever guy. I also think he is a lot more diligent than most other politicians improving the community. I do think if we can gather enough evidences, he will go after it. I have seen him ALWAYS investigating both sides of a crisis. If he is going after this matter, I believe it will be a fair investigation. So both sides of this crisis should not be worried if you did nothing wrong.

This woman just tried to fake a response here! If that is not enough to tell you that she is a liar - then I don't know what is.

And I also think that people who read these threads and extensive they are so that's a lot of reading - if these people after all that reading still try to protect or even see this woman's side of the story.....well, it's because they are more than likely racist themselves but are afraid to express it like most racist people, ......and yet some how, still try to express their rage even if hidden........like trying to defend this woman's actions - ever so discretely...................................SAD.

The well being of its innocent live stock is going to open a debate soon.

Let's assume FT is going to close and needs to liquidate its stock.
Are you willing to buy those livestock even though they are possibly dirt cheap?
If you do, you are helping FT to spread their cost, and they may use this money to bring in more livestock to the suffer.
If you don't, you know the ending to the live stock won't be happy. What can we do as caring hobbists? After all leaving these innocent creatures perish is sad.
I just hope if everyone decides to boycott FT, it can be put to action even if FT allures us with super low price. that's all.

Shark Egg -- Is mike the Owner from FT. I'm sure that he is reading this and laughing his rear-end off knowing that he is taking up so much space on here!! Sadly the guy has been there for 40yrs....and I'm sure he's not going anywhere soon. The best thing that we can all do is Stop going there and Stop talking about him, and letting him "rent space in our minds and on our site".

Like a number of people have said let's either do something about it or be done with it. Is there any BITE behind this bark or are we all gonna sit on the Porch.
