so what console should i get?? the elite?? is it really worth the extra cash?? is $450 the cheapest for the elite?? it's too late to stay up and look around for deals, maybe later on today.

i got the ok from the boss to buy the console, today is the day. advice would be very helpful and appreciated.

DOH.. Dee is gonna be mad you jumped on his countdown bandwagon. And lucky you got the OK from the wife. And you need to get a console with the harddrive and such. and if you want to play live it has the headset and such. When i buy mine i will get the elite.
