Not counting countries with current embargos like Iran and Cuba. We give money to Sudan, Palestinians, Lebenon, China, Russia just to name a few. Not only that but our government and people contributed more than the rest of the world almost combined for the Tsunami relief. Who was that mostly to? Muslim Countries who in turn diverted a lot of that aid to terrorist organizations in Indonesia and other places.

Although I hate to bring politics to a hobby board; the only crime here is the one AGAINST Libby. The FBI knew that the leaker was Dick Armitage BEFORE the special prosecutor even was appointed. THIS IS A FACT AND NOT RIGHT WING FAVORITISM.

So let me ask if a crime is committed and and the person is caught. Should people not involved start being questioned? Should people with no relevance to the investigation be questioned?

That would be like the son of sam being CAUGHT and charging someone else because they couldn't provide an alibi.

I know that people hate cheney and bush but in this case nothing had to do with cheney.

Do you know what Libby was convicted of? By the way, this case had everything to do with Cheney.

The only answer for our government to survive any longer:

1) TERM LIMITS FOR CONGRESSMEN & SENATORS (This is Kennedy's 3rd immigration proposal; how many times would your boss allow you to propose the same failed plan)

2) 1 POOL FOR ALL ELECTION ADVERTISEMENTS EQUAL FOR EVERYONE, SAME AIRTIME FOR COMMERCIALS, WEBSITES etc... THE SAME AMOUNT OF STAFF, NO FAMILY ON THE BOOKS.

3) SITTING SENATORS/POLITICIANS CAN'T RUN FOR ANOTHER OFFICE. i.e. a Senator democrat or republican can not miss votes b/c he is on the campaign trail.

4) SENATORS AND CONGRESSMEN HAVE TO READ PROPOSALS BEFORE THEY VOTE ON THEM. NOT READING THE INTELLIGENCE REPORT AND WAR PROPOSAL DOES NOT EXCUSE YOUR VOTE FOR IT, IT ACTUALLY MAKES IT WORSE.

5) PEOPLE WHO PROTEST OUR GOVERNMENT SEEM TO HAVE A LOT OF TIME, THEY SHOULD GET INVOLVED OR SHUT UP. THE PROBLEM IS THE SERIAL COMPLAINERS TURN QUESTIONABLE PEOPLE OFF TO REAL ISSUES.

I do fine it very interesting that right wingers have a big problem with being called Neo-Cons. They don't have problems labeling other people that don't agree with them though.
