Don't pump gas on MAY 15th

In April 1997, there was a "gas out" conducted nationwide in protest of
gas prices. Gasoline prices dropped 30 cents a gallon overnight.

On May 15th 2007, all internet users are to not go to a gas station in
protest of high gas prices. Gas is now over $3.00 a gallon in most
places.

There are 73,000,000+ American members currently on the internet
network, and the average car takes about 30 to 50 dollars to fill up.

If all users did not go to the pump on the 15th, it would take
$2,292,000,000.00 (that's almost 3 BILLION) out of the oil companies
pockets for just one day, so please do not go to the gas station on May
15th and lets try to put a dent in the Middle Eastern oil industry for
at least one day.

If you agree resend this to all your contact list, saying, ''Don't pump
gas on May 15th"

I agree. This is Bull. I never spent $60 to fill my car. I don't have to pay for my company van but that was $68 and both of those were today. $128 in one Day. That was good enough for A month and half 2 years ago But now that wont last my van one week and my car for 2 weeks (hardly use it)

Its just outrageous for these prices. In one week i believe the prices went up 15 cents. And out salaries stay the same

they got us by the ballls ,and there is nothing we ,me .you or anyone ,they will drop prices for a little bit ,then raise it slowly .either way we cant win .

None of us can go without gas that long and the oil companies know that

what a bunch of BS, i'm sorry... but stop complaining about gas prices, they are going to go up regardless the more we consume each year. Be glad the US has cheap prices compared to europe.

i for one will be pumping gas on the 15th... and i have to use supreme in my car

i would say things are a tad different here then in europe

but anyways,

i wont be pumping on the 15th.. i think 3 dollars is outrageous... they are jus milking whatever they can and they know they can.. we need gas for our cars and we will pay for it... until a new form of fuel is produced with a car that can use that type and be sold widespread they have us by the balls...

they can simply just charge alot less per gallon but there very greedy, i strongly am in favor in putting a dent in the oil industrys pocket even for a day ...

I am glad tyou found that hysterical. I was just comparing the US with another country were people make way less $$$$ but pay almost 3 times more for gas. i don't hear any European complaning!!:shocked:

FYI if you noticed in europe regular is 93 and not 89. So its not that expensive. DrunkTank if you want to fill it up fill it up and you can fill mine up too while you there

I know its 93 octane but even at 93 there is a $5 difference in price per gallon!!!

I never heard any of my relatives or friends in Italy complaning about the prices......
