yeah its sad. my teacher went to japan and his guide ordered him squid. they shave the sides off of the squid and serve it with the LIVE SQUID AS THE CENTERPIECE. when he reached for a piece of it the squid wrapped its tenticle around his chopsticks. second course, fish. same thing. when it was served, again there was fish on a plate with the poor fish gasping for air(well water) staring right at him. and for desert, they dissassemble the fish and fry up its bones and serve it in a cup.

to us this is disturbing but that is their culture. The Japanese also keep live frogs so they can serve "still beating" frog hearts to guys so they can get (ummmmmm) "up". They also eat the flesh of the fugu puffer (which oddly enough just made it to the stock list from one of my suppliers a few weeks ago.......) which can kill you if it's not prepared correctly and if it is done right it will just numb your face. They also developed the kamikaze pilot and needed atomic weapons to get their attention so I'd just as soon leave them alone on their little island. But in all fairness they do make some nice cars and have given us the gift of sushi which is more than I can say for some countries.

you can take the star and trhow in in whole but you dont do this for your person fun or get a kick out of it ,thats nature ,those shrimp need to eat those star or else they are dead ,the human DOESNT have cut open a fish like that to eat ,they can have a grill chesse sandwich or ice cream :Up_to_som
