lawyer for speeding?

Always plead NOT GUILTY and understand that if you look a person in the eye :Up_to_somand they look you straight back you have communication.

now this is real confusing. below is info i got from a insurance company.
"New York is part of the Drivers License Compact so the department of motor vehicles is likely to find out from New Jersey about the speeding violation. New York State however does not add points to your NYS driver record for an offense you committed in NJ."
however , a NJ municipal judge told me if i was convicted for a speeding offense. The points will be transfer to new york.
what on earth is the real deal here?:irked:

i do not know about the transfering of points...but my advise coming from the person that has bad luck at the beginning of every year getting some random ticket.. I always go to court and fight any type of tickets that give points to your insurance... you show up to the court date... talk to the prosecuter... the way it works is you ask for no points on your liscence or cut a deal with the prosecutor... here comes the fun part when working that deal...when you finally cut the deal with the prosecutor it ends up being that you have to pay the court system a bit more than two pay checks...
