That you can mention A-Rod and Scott Brosius in the same breath shows a complete lack of baseball knowledge. Nothing personal, its just ridiculous. :lol2:

Now, now... this was not a comparison of the 2. No one is doubting who the better ball player is. All I said was that one of them has actually produced during the POST season when the team needed it. He's got World Series rings to show for it too. Brosius never has and never will get an MVP award. Alex has a couple.
A reference was made to the fans "missing" A-Rod when he leaves. All I'm saying is that I don't think he will be missed too much. There are players who are not as great who have had a greater IMPACT on the team and their championship seasons. For the 2 of you to not know that and then throw shots at me and my knowledge is pretty funny.
My opinion was that he would not be missed. That's all. Not a comparison.

this much is true,even though AROD is great and has outstanding "numbers".there is no doubt about how if the yankees were down a run or two and if there were men on base come 7th inning scott brosius would be the one to put hte yankees up if he was on deck.he has proven this time and time again.AROD=1,2,3 your OUT.i really do hope he pulls it off.
