Tiff, Jpeg, photoshop(psd,pdf), vector, no problem.
if you want 6 I can work something out
yes I can print on a black tee shirt.

Just some advice for people sending pics to Frank for a shirt I would suggest using a PNG image format over JPG. PNG retains detail when you enlarge or shrink the image. Also, the higher the DPI the better the image quality will be.
