awsome i have only seened 2 one in queens and one in the bronx.the best ride ever.enjoy that monster.i plan to get one one day.

We only get them for 30 days right now. It's a trial period, gotta fill out a questionare/survey after each tour. Once the trial period is don they will see if they are gonna keep them or stay with the impala and the crown vic.

those cars are too big for me. i drove my friends as at 5'4 i felt like i was sitting in the trunk. i looked like an old lady with my seat all the way to the dashboard, LOL. but they are great for guys that are like my husband 6'3.

I love the chargers, drool everytime i see one. reminds me of sin city.all it needs is a black and white paint job. the new impalas look good but in comparison i think the charger takes the cake by a mile.

B&W cars were too intimidating to the general public just like the leather jackets were, and the 2 tone paint job cost too much so now they do all white

Well, from what i heard the chevy contract is up very soon for the NYPD, and next up is dodge. Ford was the crown vic before the impala. Probably still use the impala's but all new cars are supposed to be the dodge chargers. Sweet cars, make the NYPD look more badass, as long as it doesn't get to their heads. Sorry chief =0) Its a sweet ride with alot of balls, and i'm sure that the police cars get a little boost to he engine too.

I still remember when chevy gave Supercharged Camaro's and corvettes to certain LI and upstate highway patrollers to test out. Was freakin awesome hearing a rumbling roar, then seeing a police camaro drive by you at 90-100 chasing someone.

nice car. But whats so good about a fast car in NY? to much traffic , do you really need to go that fast?
